About Lockerly
Lockerly is developed by Nuvo Innovations. It is a free personal QR/barcode scanner and collection notebook. There is no account, subscription, cloud sync, or automatic product lookup. By using Lockerly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.
Your notebook and your responsibility
You retain ownership of the content you add. You are responsible for having permission to save photos and other content, and for using the app lawfully. Do not use it to infringe another person’s rights or interfere with the app. No permission is granted to Nuvo Innovations to publish your notebook content.
Local storage and backups
Records and compressed photos are stored in the current browser on the current device. They are not automatically backed up or synced. Clearing browser/site data, uninstalling in some environments, device loss, or browser storage eviction can remove them. Export ZIP backups regularly and keep them securely outside the browser. Persistent storage is not a backup. Importing a backup replaces the current notebook after confirmation.
Scans and external links
Codes may contain inaccurate, unsafe, or misleading content. Lockerly shows decoded content before you choose what to do. Check links and destinations before opening them. A barcode does not reliably provide a product name, price, authenticity, or safety information. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and limitations
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free scanning, compatibility with every browser, or permanent data retention. Core features are designed to work offline after the first successful online load; external links need internet.
Liability and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nuvo Innovations is not responsible for losses caused by lost browser data, missed backups, inaccurate scans, or third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
